摘 要:为缓解生产与提升能力的矛盾,减少断层破碎带对煤仓开掘及维护的影响,设计并采用了瓮形形态煤仓。通过理论分析、试验室试验以及现场实测的研究方法对比分析了瓮形煤仓的受力特点、围岩破坏特征及收敛变形等特性。研究表明:瓮形煤仓的独特设计除能满足大容量,减少断层对煤仓的影响等要求外,还可承受比常规煤仓更大的围岩应力水平;在同等支护条件下,与常规煤仓对比,瓮形煤仓围岩破坏范围较小;围岩变形以径向位移为主,并在瓮形肩部和中部出现径向位移最大值;瓮形煤仓肩部首先发生塑性破坏、片状剥落甚至滑移失稳,并造成最大直径处出现后续失稳过程。实际支护设计中,肩部、中部应进行重点支护补强。In order to alleviate the contradiction between production and capacity,and reduce the influence of the fault on coal bunker digging and the maintenance,we designed and used urn shaped morphology bunker. Through theoretical analysis,laboratory testing,field measurement we compared and analyzed the stress characteristics,the failure characteristics of the surrounding rock and the convergence deformation characteristics of the urn- shaped bunker with conventional coal bunker. The study show that the unique design of the urn- shaped bunker can meet the requirements of large capacity,small effects of faults on coal bunker,and also can bear greater level of the surrounding rock stress than conventional coal bunker. Under the same conditions,the faults damage range of the urn-shaped coal is smaller,the primary failure position of the urn- shaped coal bunker is in the shoulder and the maximum diameter,the plastic damage in the shoulder is happened first,then flaking even slip instability,and cause the maximum diameter of the follow- up process of instability. For the actual support design,the shoulder,the central of the coal bunker should be focus support reinforcement.
