摘 要:为了解决深井大变形巷道顶板下沉量大、顶板持续变形的问题,在赵固二矿11021工作面上顺槽进行了顶板岩层移动规律研究,结果表明:深井大变形巷道顶板变形量大、持续时间长,现有巷道锚杆和锚索联合支护方式对顶板变形的控制作用有限。通过可接长锚杆拉伸试验详细分析了可接长锚杆的力学性能,得出可接长锚杆高延伸性能更能适应围岩变形,据此,提出了可接长锚杆支护技术。在赵固二矿11021工作面上顺槽的工业性试验也表明,使用可接长锚杆支护技术后,顶板变形量比原支护方案减少了20%左右,顶板围岩从开挖到稳定的时间缩短了40%,且顶板变形稳定后顶板下沉速率较原支护方案明显降低,可接长锚杆支护效果良好。In order to solve the problem of large convergence and continuous deformation of roof,we research the movement law of roof strata in crossheading of 11021 working face of Zhaogu Coal Mine,and the result indicates that roadway with large deformation in deep shaft has large deformation amount and long deformation duration,and the existing " anchor bolt and anchor cable" support pattern plays limited role in controlling the deformation of roof. Through tensile test,mechanical analysis of the bolt and mechanical analysis of the roof support,it is concluded that anchor bolt with good extension performance can adapt to the deformation of surrounding rock better,and support technology of extension anchor bolt is presented accordingly. Experiments conducted in crossheading of 11021 working face of Zhaogu Coal Mine indicates that the roof deformation reduce about 20%,and the time reduce 40% from excavation of roof surrounding rock to reach stability by employing the support technology of extension anchor bolt,and the roof convergence rate reduce significantly than the original support scheme,and the support effect of extension anchor bolt is good.
