摘　　要：伊敏三号露天矿可采煤层埋藏深、剥采比高、项目投资大、收益率低、投资回收周期长。为了进一步降低项目投资,提高经济效益,结合项目实际情况,从剥离工艺、采煤工艺、地面生产系统布置方面对伊敏三号露天矿开发方案进行优化,使伊敏三号露天矿开发方案更加合理、可靠、科学,大大的提高了项目可实施性。The burial depth and stripping ratio of minable seam of Yimin No. 3 Open- pit is relatively large. To further reduce the project investment,improve economic efficiency,combined with the actual situation of the project,from the stripping process,mining technology,ground production system layout and other aspects,we optimize development plan of Yimin No. 3 open- pit to make the development plan more reasonable,reliable and scientific,which greatly improve implementation of the project.
