摘 要:针对钻孔周围煤体裂隙受采动影响动态变化的特点,为了提高瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔效果,开发了瓦斯预抽钻孔动态封孔技术,采用渗透性好、自适应钻孔变形的新型柔性膏体材料封堵钻孔,并根据瓦斯浓度变化进行重复补浆,实现了瓦斯抽采钻孔动态封孔。该技术在平煤十三矿己15-17-13031工作面应用表明:瓦斯平均抽采浓度从10%提高到39%,提高了2.9倍,单孔平均瓦斯抽采纯量为0.075 m3/min,比原来提高了150%,有效瓦斯抽放期显著延长。该技术解决了常规材料和工艺封孔难的问题,可以有效地提高高瓦斯煤层的瓦斯抽采率,控制工作面瓦斯浓度。In order to improve the sealing effect of gas drainage holes,aiming at the characteristics that coal cracks around the borehole are affected by mining and change dynamically,we develop a dynamic sealing technology of drilling holes for gas pre- drainaging. A new kind of flexible gel material with good permeability and self- adaption drilling deformation was used to seal holes. In addition,the repeated grouting material was conducted according to the variation of gas concentration. As a consequence,the dynamic sealing was achieved. Then,the technology was applied to the 13031 working face,Ⅵ15- 17 coal seam of No. 13 coal mine of Pingdingshan Coal Co.,Ltd. The results show that the average concentration of gas extraction increases by 2. 9 times,from 10% to 39%,and the average pure amount of single- hole gas drainage is 0. 075 m^3/ min,150% higher than before. The effective period of gas drainage is extended significantly. Therefore,the technology can solve the problem of sealing by conventional materials and technology,effectively enhance the rate of gas extraction and drilling utilization of gassy coal seam and control the gas concentration of mining space.
