补肾固表方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染作用机理的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾固表方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)作用机理。方法:选择雄性C57BL小鼠,用氢化可的松腹腔注射建立免疫功能低下(肾阳虚)小鼠模型,随机分为生理盐水组、补肾固表方组、玉屏风散组、核酪口服液组。观察胸腺指数、脾指数、体重、血清皮质醇、RBC-C3bR、RBC-IC、血清IL-2、NK、CD3+、CD2+、CD4+CD8+、CD4+/CD8+变化。结果:补肾固表方可明显提高免疫低下小鼠上述指标,作用明显优于玉屏风散、核酪口服液。结论:补肾固表方具有调节免疫系统多方面功能作用。Objective:To discuss the functional mechanism of Bushengubiao Fang on RRTI. Methods:The low immunical functional model(shen yang xu) was set up by injecting hydrocortisone into abdomn cavities of mate C57BL mice. It was divided into such 4 groups as the physiological salt solution group, the Bushengubiao Fang group, the Yupingfeng San group, the Heluo oral solution group. Thymus index, spleen index, physical weight, RBC-C3bR, RBC-IC, serum IL-2, NK、CD3+、CD2+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+, cortisone were observed. Result:Bushengubiao Fang can effectively improve above aims of low immunical function. Its effect was better than the Yupingfeng San and the Heluo oral solution. Conclusion: Bushengubiao Fang can adjust function of immunical system.
