俯仰臂形草种子休眠原因的研究

摘　　要：通过测定不同储存时间和浓硫酸处理的臂形草种子的发芽指标及电导率,结果表明,储存2年的俯仰臂形草种子可作为播种材料;浓硫酸处理15min能显著(P<0.01)提高贝斯莉斯克俯仰臂形草种子的发芽势和发芽率;破除休眠的3号和深度休眠的4号种子不同部位的甲醇提取液对油菜籽的发芽试验表明,30%,50%和80%原提取液处理发芽势为0,当把提取液中甲醇蒸发提取后,4号胚和胚乳提取液处理油菜籽发芽势与CK无显著性差异(P<0.01),说明甲醇会影响植物的发芽,休眠的俯仰臂形草种子存在发芽抑制物质,抑制物主要存在于种子的稃内。The seed of Brachiaria decumbens stored for different time was used to determine the mechanism of dormancy through testing the germination and conductivity.Results indicated that the seed storaged for two years were suitable for planting.Concentrated sulfuric acid treatment could significantly （P〈0.01）improve the vigor and rate of germination.And a rapeseed germination experiment was carried out with methanol extract of different part of dormancy Brachiaria decumbens seeds and it showed that the inhibitory substances might be present in dormancy seeds,mainly in hull.And the methanol could affect the germination of rapeseeds.
