摘  要:利用常规杂交育种技术,将国内高产、抗寒品种龙牧801苜蓿(Medicago sativa cv.Longmu No.801)和国外具有多叶性状品种驯鹿苜蓿(M.sativacv.AC Caribou)与呼伦贝尔黄花苜蓿(Medicago falcata cv.Hulunbeier)分别进行正反杂交,统计杂交结荚数、结荚率、每荚种子数,并观测F1代单株性状。结果表明:父母本和正反交对杂交结荚数、结荚率和每荚种子数存在显著影响(P<0.05),其中,呼伦贝尔黄花苜蓿(♀)×引进品种驯鹿苜蓿(♂)的结荚数、结荚率显著高于其他杂交组合,且各组合正交显著高于反交。从F1代杂交株中筛选出84个优异单株和5株具有多叶性状的优异单株,其株高、茎叶比、分枝数和单株干重均显著高于对照亲本,可以作为育种材料进行进一步的选育。The intervarietal hybridizations between Medicago falcata L.cv.Hulunbeier and two varieties of alfalfa (Medicago sativa ),including local alfalfa of Longmu No.801 with high-yield and cold hardiness and a-broad alfalfa Caribou with more leaves.The pod numbers,seed-set rate,seeds per pod and the characters of F1 were measured.The results showed that there were significant differences in pod numbers,seed-set rate and seeds per pod under parent plants and reciprocal cross,the pod numbers and seed-set rate of Hulunbeier(♀)× Caribou(♂)were significantly higher than that in other cross combinations,and the indices in crosses were sig-nificantly higher than that in reciprocal crosses.The selected elite individuals of 84 and 5 multifoliator plants,the plant height,stem-leaf ratio,branch number and forage yield per plant were superior to their parents.
