摘  要:试验采用不同浓度NaCl(0、100、200、300、400、500mmol/L)对山西野生狗牙根进行盐胁迫处理,15d后取样测定叶绿素含量、相对含水量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白等指标。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,叶绿素含量、相对含水量显著降低(P<0.05);脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量增加;SOD和POD活性呈先升高后降低的趋势。综合分析可知,山西野生狗牙根对NaCl溶液的耐受上限为400 mmol/L,且不同部位对NaCl的敏感性不同,依次表现为叶>茎>根。The wild bermudagrass originated from Shanxi Province was selected as the test materials,and treated by different concentrations of NaCl (0,100,200,300,400,500 mmol/L).After treated for 15 days,the contents of chlorophyll,relative water,soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline,MDA and enzyme activities of SOD and POD were tested.Results showed that with the NaCl concentration increasing,relative water and chlo-rophyll contents decreased significantly (P 〈0.05 ),contents of proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein in-creased obviously,SOD and POD activities presented a tendency of elevated first and then decreased.It sugges-ted that wild bermudagrass could grow normally under NaCl stress at concentration of 400 mmol/L.The order of sensitiveness to salt stress was leaf 〉stem〉root.
