摘　　要：激光在医学领域具有广泛的应用,但医用激光设备的操作人员和患者通常并不具备专业管理激光器的能力。为更准确的对激光产品的危害等级进行分类,该文对常用激光器的可达发射极限、最大允许照射量和标称眼危害距离等重要参数的测量和计算方法进行了详细的介绍,可指导用户采取合理的安全防护措施以避免激光辐射危害。Lasers are widely used in medicine, however, the operators and patients of medical laser equipments are not always highly specialized in managing laser. In order to strictly define the hazard level of laser sources and thus effectively avoid the laser radiation injure, this study presented the measurement and calculation methods of three important safety parameters for laser sources mostly employed in medicine, which comprises of accessible emission limit, maximum permissible exposure and nominal ocular hazard distance.
