回药寄马桩药材基原鉴定研究

摘　　要：目的:研究两种基原回药寄马桩的典型特征与鉴别要点。方法:采用原植鉴定、药材性状鉴定与显微鉴定法建立攀援天门冬与戈壁天门冬的鉴别方法。结果:攀援天门冬为攀援植物,块根簇生,干后,根中空,易捏碎,外皮层细胞最内层为1列木质化纤维细胞断续排列成环,无分泌腔,具晶纤维,非腺毛细长,具螺纹导管。戈壁天门冬为半灌木,近直立,根细长簇生,须根状,干后,根不中空,不易捏碎,外皮层最内层无木质化纤维细胞,中柱内具分泌腔,无晶纤维,非腺毛尾部弯曲,有螺纹与梯纹导管。结论:攀援天门冬与戈壁天门冬的植物形态、药材性状与显微结构均有不同之处,易于鉴别。Objective：To get the characters of two origins of Jimazhuang medicine in order to distinguish them accurately.Methods：Got the way to identify the differents of Asparagus brachyphyllus Turcz and Asparagus gobicus N.Iran.ex Grub.by using original plant identification,character identification and microscopic identification.Results：brachyphyllus.is climbing plant,root grows in clusters,when it dry,it become hollow and easy to crush.Innermost of outer cortical cells is a lignified fiber cells arranged in rings intermittently,there have no secretory cavities,with crystal fibers,non-glandular hairs slender,with spiral vessel.A.gobicus.is shrub plant,it grows nearly erect,root is slender and cluster,when it dry the root is not hollow and not easy to crush.There is no woody in outer cortex innermost fiber cells.The secretory cavities within central cylinder,with no crystal fibers no grain fiber,non-glandular hairs tail are curved,and it both have spiral vessel and scalariform vessel.Conclusion：We can easy to differentiate them from the different plant morphology,medicinal properties and microscopic characteristics which they have.
