摘  要:目的:优选鳖甲的微波灭菌工艺。方法:以药材含湿率、灭菌时间、灭菌功率为考察因素,以灭菌率和鳖甲抗肝纤维化作用(人肝星状细胞LX-2生长抑制率)为评价指标,采用正交设计多指标综合评分法优化微波灭菌鳖甲的工艺参数。结果:最佳微波灭菌工艺参数:灭菌时间为6min,药材含湿率为20%,灭菌功率为4 000W。结论:正交设计多指标综合评分法可用于鳖甲微波灭菌工艺的参数优化,该方法简便可行,且灭菌效率高,对鳖甲抗肝纤维作用无影响。Objective:To optimize the microwave sterilization technology of Carapax Trionycis.Methods:Orthogonal design was carried out to achieve the best microwave sterilization technology of C.Trionycis by the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method with herbs moisture content,sterilization time and microwave power as investigation factors,and sterilization rate and anti-hepatic fibrosis efficacy(the LX-2hepatic stellate cell proliferation inhibition rate)as indexes.Results:The best sterilization technology was as follows:herbs moisture content 20%,sterilization time 6min and microwave power 4 000 W.Conclusion:It is simple and feasible that using orthogonal design with multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to optimize the microwave sterilization technology of C.Trionycis.This method not only has high sterilization efficiency,but also has no effect on C.Trionycis anti-hepatic fibrosis efficacy.
