摘　　要：在可预测的几年内,中国的资本项目一定会"水到渠成"全部开放。为此,我们更要放眼在资本项目完全开放后人民币的国际化,未来30年是资本项目开放后继续人民币国际化的30年。人民币国际化是否能真正提升中国整体国民福利,我们要认真考虑近期目标与长远目标是否达到动态均衡。In a few predictable years,China＇s capital account will be naturally all open to the outside world.To this end,we should put focus on RMB internationalization after the fully opening of capital account.The next 30 years is the continuing of RMB internationalisation after opening capital account.To judge whether the RMB internationalisation can really enhance China＇s overall national welfare,we should consider seriously whether the short-term goal and long-term goal has achieved dynamic equilibrium.
