胃舒康胶囊对胃炎和胃溃疡作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胃舒康胶囊对实验性胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及胃舒康胶囊的镇痛作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:①将大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组用不同剂量的胃舒康混悬液(7.5、3.75g/kg)每天灌胃,1周后用利血平腹腔注射法和幽门结扎法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,于造模后18h剖腹取胃,计算溃疡指数,观察胃舒康胶囊对实验性胃溃疡的保护作用。②应用小鼠扭体法,观察胃舒康胶囊对疼痛的抑制作用,研究胃舒康胶囊的镇痛作用。结果:胃舒康胶囊能显著降低溃疡指数,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,);胃舒康胶囊能延长小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期和减少扭体反应的次数(P<0.05)。结论:胃舒康胶囊对实验性大鼠胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用,对实验性小鼠具有镇痛作用。Objective:To study the protective effect of experimental gastric mucosa injury and analgesia of Weishukang capsule, and detect its mechanism. Methods:①The rats were randomly divided into two groups, which were the control group and experimental group. In experimental group, suspended Weishukang (7.5、3.75g/kg) were respectively taken with ig, once a day, consecutive seven days. Then, gastric ulcer models were made by ip reserpine and by ligating pylorus, and after 18h, stomach was taken with laparotomy, and calculate the index of gastric ulcer. ②With the method of the observing mice wrenching body reaction, we observe the effect of analgesia of Weishukang capsule. Result:Weishukang capsule can markedly decrease the index of gastric ulcer(P<0.05) and prolong the latent period and times of wrenching body reaction(P<0.05). Conclusion:Weishukang has the protective effect of experimental rat gastric mucosa injury and analgesia to experimental mice.
