家庭支持对脑卒中早期肢体康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察家庭支持对脑卒中偏瘫患者早期运动功能恢复的影响。方法 80例急性期脑卒中患者临床治疗后,根据其家庭情况及意愿入组,分为家庭强化干预组及对照组,各40例。均在接受常规药物治疗的同时给予规范的康复治疗。而干预组患者在接受治疗的同时,对其家庭照护人员同步进行相关康复知识和技术的培训,并指导其在病房为患者训练。分别于患者干预前、干预后20 d进行肌力、平衡功能、日常生活能力以及治疗依从性的评定。结果在干预后20 d,干预组患者肌力、平衡功能、日常生活能力以及治疗依从性较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持参与脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体的早期康复训练可明显提高患者康复治疗的依从性,明显改善偏瘫肢体的肌力、平衡功能以及日常生活能力。Objective To observe the influence of family support on early limb rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients after clinical treatment were divided into family enhanced intervention group and control group according to their family condition and willingness, and each group contained 40 cases. Both groups received standard rehabilitation treatment on the basis of conventional drug therapy, while the family members of intervention group were given related rehabilitation and technique train for the patients. Assessments of myodynamia, balance function, activity of daily living, and treatment compliance were made before intervention and in 20 d after intervention. Results In 20 d after intervention, myodynamia, balance function, activity of daily living, and treatment compliance were all significantly improved much more in the intervention group than in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Family support and early limb rehabilitation can remarkably improve patients＇ compliance, and strengthen their myodynamia, balance function, and activity of daily living.
