摘  要:采用机械力化学法,通过添加改性剂对元明粉进行表面改性,研究了表面改性剂种类、用量和粉体球磨时间对元明粉吸湿性的影响。采用吸水率、吸油值、粒径分析仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱进行表征。结果表明,硬脂酸钠对元明粉的包覆行为使得元明粉有较好的亲油疏水性,当球磨机转速为150 r/min、球磨时间为90 min、硬脂酸钠用量为3.0%时,其吸油值为5.6 g/100g,改性效果最佳。硬脂酸钠添加量对吸油值影响最显著。The anhydrous Glauber's salt was pre-coated with modification by mechano-chemical method. The modifier effect of types, modifier amount, and ball milling time on the hygroscopicity of anhydrous glauber's salt were investigated. The as-prepared were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectra(FTIR) and power granularity analyzer. It was found that the means of the surface of anhydrous glauber's was coated by sodium stearate possessed excellent hydrophobicity. As can be seen from the study, the prioritized approach about the modified anhydrous glauber's salt were ascertained as: ratation speed of ball mill 150 r/min, time of milling 90 min, dosage of sodium stearate 3.0%, while the oil absorption was 5.6 g/100 g. In addition, the amount of sodium stearate had significant influences on the oil absorption.
