摘 要:针对某含大鳞片石墨的矿石,探索出与传统磨浮工艺不同的分级磨浮新工艺,即混目粗选再磨再选,将各段精矿合格大鳞片石墨及时分离,从而达到保护大鳞片石墨的目的。该磨浮新工艺流程最终精矿回收率为92.58%,其中+0.15 mm精矿回收率为24.64%,与传统分级磨浮工艺相比,分级磨浮新工艺提高6.09百分点。The new technology named grading for grinding and floating has been studied for a graphite ore containing large flake graphite. namely mixed roughing and regrinding and reconcentration, separating qualified large flake graphite form graphite concentrate in time, so as to protect the large scale of graphite. Finally, the recovery rate of graphite is 92.58% by new technology, of which +0.15 mm concentrate recovery rate was 24.64%, the recovery rate is increased by 6.09 percentage point compared with the traditional grading for grinding and floating.
