摘  要:为了解松浦镜鲤(Matsuura mirror carp)的生长特性,2013年6月5日至11月5日在西北农林科技大学安康水产试验示范站进行了夏花培育、高密度主养、低密度主养以及套养四种模式的池塘养殖实验。养殖期间对试验鱼的体重、体长、全长、头长、体高五个生长参数进行了定期测定。结果表明,在夏花阶段松浦镜鲤体重、体长与日龄均呈指数函数关系,其生长方程分别为W=0.064e0.121t(R2=0.968)、L=1.356e0.037t(R2=0.967),体重与体长之间呈幂函数关系,生长方程为W=0.024L3.263(R2=0.999 6);在高密度养殖条件下鱼种体重和体长与日龄呈指数函数关系,生长方程分别为W=16.465e0.016t(R2=0.958)、L=7.66e0.006t(R2=0.983),体重与体长之间呈指数关系,生长方程为W=1.379e0.325L(R2=0.973);在低密度养殖条件下鱼种体重与体长之间呈幂函数关系,生长方程分别为W=21.792t0.35(R2=0.991)、L=8.003t0.130(R2=0.980),体重与体长之间呈幂函数关系,生长方程为W=0.085L2.669(R2=0.997);而在套养条件下体重与体长之间总体呈幂函数关系,生长方程为W=0.045L2.970(R2=0.974)。松浦镜鲤体长/头长、体长/体高分别为3.23±0.04和2.54±0.13,体型未发生改变,性状稳定。研究结果将为北方地区松浦镜鲤养殖技术体系的建立和完善提供参考。To investigate the growth characteristic of Songpu mirror carp in Ankang region,five-month experiments with high density,low density and intercropping rearing models were conducted with juvenile experimental fish at Fisheries Experimental and Demonstration Station,Northwest A F University from June 5 to November 5,2013. Weight,body length,whole length, head length, body height were regularly measured during the experiment period. The results showed that weight,body length in the fingerlings stage were exponentially related with age,and the growth equations could be described as: W = 0. 064e0. 121t( R^2= 0. 968) 、L = 1. 356e0. 037t( R^2= 0. 967),weight and body length had power function correlation,the growth equation was W = 0. 024L3. 263( R^2= 0. 9996). Under the high density condition weight and body length were exponentially related with age,the growth equations could be described as: W = 16. 465e0. 016t( R^2=0. 958) 、L = 7. 66e0. 006t( R^2= 0. 983),weight and body length were exponential correlation,the growth equation was W =1. 379e0. 325L( R^2= 0. 973). Under the low density condition,weight and body length were power function correlation related with age,the growth equations could be described as: W = 21. 792t0. 35( R^2= 0. 991) 、L = 8. 003t0. 130( R^2= 0. 980),weight and body length were power function correlation,the growth equation was W = 0. 085L2. 669( R^2= 0. 997); And the power function correlation was observed between weight and body length under the intercropping condition.,the growth e-quation was W = 0. 045L2. 970( R^2= 0. 974); Songpu mirror carp body length / head length,body length and height were3. 23 ± 0. 04 and 2. 54 ± 0. 13,respectively,there was no difference observed in the body characteristic during the experiment period and the traits were stable. The results could provide reference information for the establishment and improvement of the technological system of farming techniques of Songpu mirror carp rearing in northern area.
