摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在T1DM患儿使用CSII的应用效果。方法随机将在该院接受CSII治疗的58例T1DM患儿分成甲乙两组各29例,分别给予其常规护理与针对性护理干预,观察其护理效果。结果两组DSQL评分与SF-36差异显著,且乙组患儿治疗依从性、护理满意度与不良反应发生率,显著优于甲组。结论给予T1DM患儿必要的CSII护理干预,可显著提高护理效果。Objective To investigate the nursing intervention effect on children with T1DM using CSII. Methods 58 children with T1DM treated by CSII in our hospital were randomly divided into group A and group B with 29 children in each, and given the conventional nursing and specific nursing intervention, respectively. And the effect of nursing was observed. Results The differ- ences in DSQL and SF-36 scores between the two groups were significant. The treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions of group B were obviously better than those of group A. Conclusion Giving necessary CSII nursing intervention to children with T1DM can significantly improve the nursing effect.
