摘　　要：目的探讨对糖尿病患者实施整体护理的临床效果。方法选取60例糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则实施整体护理,对比两组患者的血糖水平与护理满意度。结果观察组患者的血糖控制情况明显优于对照组,护理满意度则显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者实施整体护理效果显著,能有效控制患者血糖,提高患者的护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holistic nursing on patients with diabetes. Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetes mellitns were selected and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, 30 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given holistic nursing. And the blood glucose level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose control in the observation group is sig- nificantly better than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction is obviously higher than that in the control group, there are statistically significant differences between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus, holistic nursing has significant effect, which can effectively control the level of blood glucose, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of the clinical application.
