养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足的效果方法选取2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足患者共153例作为研究对象,随机分为3组,分别采用养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗法、西比灵治疗法和养血清脑颗粒治疗法治疗,比较和分析3组患者的治疗前后血流速度变化和临床疗效。结果 3组患者治疗前后血流速度变化比较发现,治疗前后大前动脉、大中动脉、椎动脉和基层动脉的血流速度变化差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组分别与西比灵治疗后和养血清脑颗粒治疗后比较,大前动脉、大中动脉、椎动脉和基层动脉的血流速度变化差异显著(P<0.05);联合治疗后分别与西比灵治疗后和养血清脑颗粒治疗后的临床疗效比较发现,治愈、无效和总有效率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗2型糖尿病合并慢性脑供血不足能够有效改善动脉血流速度,提高临床治疗疗效,具有推广和应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granule combined with Flunarizine in the treatment of type 2 dia- betes complicated by chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency. Methods 153 cases with type 2 diabetes complicated by chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were selected as the subjects and divided into 3 groups randomly, treated by Yangxue Qingnao Granule combined with Flunarizine, Flunarizine, Yangxue Qingnao Granule, respectively. And the blood flow velocity before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the three groups. Results There was significant difference in the blood flow rate of big artery, large and medium-sized artery, vertebral artery and base artery of the 3 groups before and after treatment （P〈O.05）; after treatment, the difference in blood flow rate of big artery, large and medium-sized artery, vertebral artery and base artery between the combined treatment group, Flunarizine treatment group and Yangxue Qiugnao Granule treatment group was sig- nificant （P〈O.05）; the comparison of the clinical efficacy between the combined treatment group, Flunarizine treatment group and Yangxue Qingnao Granule treatment group showed that, the differences in the cure rate, inefficiency rate and total response rate between the three groups were signifieant（P〈O.05）. Conclusion For type 2 diabetes complicated by chronic cerebral circulation in- sufficiency, Yangxue Qingnao Granule combined with Flunarizine can effectively improve the artery blood flow velocity and the clinical treatment efficacy, therefore it is of the value of promotion and application.
