儿童糖尿病的护理观察

摘　　要：目的对儿童糖尿病的护理方法进行分析和总结。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2014年5月该院收治的12例儿童糖尿病患者的住院护理经过。结果全部患儿或家属掌握了糖尿病健康教育相关知识以及自我护理,其中11例患者血糖稳定出院,1例伴有酮症酸中毒患儿病情稳定但因经济原因放弃继续住院治疗。结论积极有效地护理以及健康教育指导,能够更好地促进儿童糖尿病患者的临床疗效和生活质量的提高。Objective To analyze the nursing methods of diabetes in children and summarize. Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 patients with diabetes in children＇s hospital care. Results All children or family members have diabetes health education knowledge and self-care, 11 patients blood sugar stable discharge, 1 case with ketoacidosis children in stable condition but for e- conomic reasons to give up continue to hospitalization. Conclusion Active and effective nursing and health education guidance, to better promote the clinical curative effect of patients with diabetes in children and improve the quality of our life.
