摘  要:开展金线莲组培苗移栽林下不同基质的培育试验,结果表明:金线莲移栽苗在不同栽培主基质和辅助基质条件下的成活率相差较大,腐殖土、泥炭土、蛭石和树皮的成活率明显高于其他基质;在提高成活率的基础上,综合考虑可行性和经济性,优选出以泥炭土和树皮为最佳基质组合,并得出该组合比例在泥炭土∶树皮∶其他原料=14∶5∶1情况下时,金线莲移栽成活率最高,生长状况最好,可有效满足金线莲的生长需求,移植90 d,平均成活率、平均株高、平均叶数可达到98.1%、9.9 cm和5.5片。Experiments were conducted to examine the effects of different cultivated matrix on the performance of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.The results showed that significant survival rate of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl were found among the different cultivated matrix treatment.Under the humus,peat,vermiculite and bark treatment,the Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl get the best survival rate.Considering feasibility and economy,the peat and bark were the best matrix.Furthermore,Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl get the highest survival rate of transplant and the best growth conditions,when the combination ratio were peat ∶bark∶other materials equal to 14 ∶1∶5,which could effectively meet the growing demands of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl.After transplanted 90 days,the survival rate,height,number of leaves of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Wall.)Lindl respectively reached at 98.1%,9.9 cm and 5.5 pieces.
