摘  要:目的:采用Glazer评估的生物反馈治疗仪诊断产妇产后盆底肌肉受损的程度,进而科学地指导医生通过电刺激和生物反馈对患者实施精准地康复治疗。方法:选取2011年6月-2013年6月该院妇产科收治的产妇897例,分为观察组(450例)和对照组(447例),对所有研究对象进行压力检测。观察组进行电刺激和生物反馈治疗,对照组给予常规盆底肌功能锻炼。采用Myo Trac infiniti公司的SA9800型生物反馈治疗仪对Ⅰ、Ⅱ型肌纤维功能进行评估。治疗3个月后比较两组产妇的盆底肌张力、阴道肌电压以及尿失禁发生率。结果:观察组产妇阴道肌电压情况显著改善、盆底肌力强度增加、产妇尿失禁发生率显著降低、尿失禁症状明显改善,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:采用SA9800型生物反馈治疗仪配合Glazer评估诊断可对患者治疗起到指导作用。在Glazer评估的标准下,可以量化测定盆底肌力和盆底肌肉受损的程度。经过正确康复治疗,可以帮助产妇提高盆底肌张力,降低尿失禁发生率,有效减少产后常见疾病的发生率。Objective: To diagnose the degree of postpartum pelvic floor muscle damage using Glazer assessment scheme with bio- feedback therapy instrument as platform, scientifically guide physicians to provide precise rehabilitation therapy through electrical stimulation and biofeedback. Methods: A total of 897 postpartum women treated in Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in the hospital from June 2011 to June 2013 were selected and divided into observation group (450 women) and control group (447 women), pressure measurement was performed among all the women. The women in observation group were treated with electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy, while the women in control group were treated with routine pelvic floor muscle function training. SA9800 type biofeedback therapy apparatus ( Myo Trac infiniti Company) was used to assess type I and type I1 myofiber function. After treatment for three months, pelvic floor muscular tension, vaginal muscular voltage, and morbidities of urinary incontinence in the two groups were compared. Results : Vaginal muscular voltage in observation group was improved significantly, pelvic floor muscular tension was increased, the morbidity of urinary incontinence was decreased, the symptoms of urinary incontinence was improved significantly, compared with control group, there were statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: SA9800 type biological feedback therapy instrument combined with Glazer assessment and diagnosis is used to guide treatment of these patients. Pelvic floor muscle strength and degree of pelvic floor muscle damage are measured quantitatively under the standard of Glazer assessment. After correct rehabilitation therapy, pelvic floor muscular tension is improved, the morbidity of urinary incontinence is decreased, the morbidity of postpartum common diseases is reduced effectively.
