摘  要:目的:通过对广东省妇幼保健院儿保科儿童全血中Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn测定结果的回顾性分析,更好地做好广州地区的儿童保健及营养指导。方法:对5 083例广州地区儿童使用原子吸收光谱法进行全血Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Zn的检测,并用SPSS 19.0软件对结果进行分析。结果:5 083例儿童中,随着年龄的增长,各年龄段儿童全血Fe、Zn元素含量不断增加,全血Ca含量则逐年减少;全血Cu、Mg元素的含量不受年龄的影响。不同性别及不同年龄段儿童的全血5种微量元素分布差异均具有统计学意义。婴儿组的全血Mg、Fe、Zn缺乏率较高;幼儿组的全血Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn缺乏率较高;学龄前组的全血Ca、Fe、Zn缺乏率较高;在校儿童组的全血Ca、Fe、Zn缺乏率较高。不同年龄段儿童微量元素缺乏率无明显性别差异(P>0.05)。结论:不同年龄段儿童体内微量元素含量有所不同,应该重视儿童时期的膳食营养,定期监测体内微量元素含量,从而确保儿童能够健康成长,微量元素检测对儿童微量元素的补充具有十分重要的现实指导意义。Objective: To better perform child health care and nutrition guidance in Guangzhou area though retrospectively analy- zing the results of whole blood test of microelements (Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, and Zn) in child health care department of the hospital. Methods: Atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to conduct whole blood test of Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, and Zn among 5 083 children in Guangzhou area, and then the results were analyzed by SPSS19. 0 software. Results : Among 5 083 children, Fe and Zn concentrations in whole blood of children in all age groups increased with age, Ca concentrations in whole blood of children decreased year by year; the concentrations of Cu and Mg in whole blood of children did not affected by age. There were statistically significant differences in the distributions of five microelements in whole blood among the children of different genders and in different age groups. The deficiency rates of Mg, Fe, and Zn in whole blood of infants were relatively high ; the deficiency rates of Ca, Mg, Fe, and Zn in whole blood of young children were relatively high ; the deficiency rates of Ca, Fe, and Zn in whole blood of preschool children were relatively high; the deficiency rates of Ca, oFe, and Zn in whole blood'of school children were relatively high. There was no statistically significant difference in the deficiency rates of mieroelements between boys and girls in different' age groups ( P 〉0. 05 ) . Conclusion: The concentrations of mieroelements vary among children in different age groups. More attention should be paid to childhood dietary nutrition and the concentrations of microelements should be monitored regularly to ensure healthy development of children; microelements test holds vital practical significance to guide the Supplement of microelements among children.
