摘  要:长距离、大区互联电网背景下,研究电力系统失步中心的电气量特性是解决失步解列问题的关键点之一。为此,基于理论分析,从频率的角度研究了失步中心电气量的特性,提出了基于电压频率特性识别与定位失步中心的方法。通过构建与求解电网的失步模型,得到失步振荡时任意位置的电压频率解析表达式,基于此,详细分析了失步中心与非失步中心的电压频率特性,得出相应结果:失步中心的电压频率等于系统两侧等值电势平均电压频率;在失步中心同一侧不同位置的频率在时间轴上存在相似的变化规律且曲线有交点;在失步中心两侧的电压频率变化趋势相反且曲线不相交;距离失步中心越近电压频率振荡越剧烈。四机两区域系统和某实际区域互联电网算例的仿真结果验证了上述方法和结论的正确性与有效性。On the background of long-distance power transmission and interconnected area power grids, the characteristic of electric parameters of the out-of-step center is one of the key points to solve the out-of-step splitting problem. Consequently, we studied the frequency characteristic of electric parameters of the out-of-step center by the theoretical analysis, and proposed a method which can recognize and locate the out-of-step center according to the frequency characteristic. Moreover, we established an out-of-step model of power grids so as to get the analytical expression of the voltage frequency of any position in the transmission line. Based on the solution, the frequency characteristic of the out-of-step center and non-out-of-step center is analyzed in detail. The corresponding results are: the voltage frequency of the out-of-step center is equal to the average value of the equivalent of potential frequency; voltage frequency curves of the same side of the out-of-step center change similarly and have intersection point; voltage frequency curves of two sides of the out-of-step center change oppositely and have no intersection point; when approaching the out-of-step center, the oscillation of voltage frequency is more severe. At last, the accuracy and effectiveness of the method and conclusion are verified in the simulations of Four Machine Two Regional Power System and some actual Interconnected Area Power Grids.
