摘  要:为了得到兼顾安全性与经济性的特高压交流变电站布点、直流落点及新建线路方案,提出了一种基于粒子群优化算法的布点、落点及新建线路自动选择算法。该方法的基本思想是考虑母线节点电压、变压器容量、线路容量、短路容量、有效短路比等安全稳定约束,通过粒子群算法求得满足安全性约束的特高压交流布点、直流落点经济性全局最优解。该方法能够根据候选变电站、落点及候选线路自动确定满足给定约束的最优布点、落点及对应的接入系统的新建线路。以湖南2015年规划数据为算例,该方法计算得到了多组可行方案供规划人员选择。最优结果在保证安全性的同时,建设费用与网损较湖南电网规划结果降低,表明特高压入湘交流变电站、直流落点定于湘东是经济且安全的,证明了所提方法的可靠性与有效性。In order to obtain a planning scheme considering both security and economy, we presented a method for automatically determining UHV AC substation location, DC access point, and new lines. Basic idea of this method is to solve the economic global optimal UHV AC substation location and DC access point by particle swarm optimization(PSO). The security constraints, such as bus voltage, transformer capacity, line capacity, short-circuit capacity, and the effective short-circuit ratio constraints, are considered in the process of optimization. The presented algorithm can automatically determine the global optimal substation location, access point, and new lines connected to them, which satisfy the given constraints, according to the candidate locations and lines. Using 2015 Hunan province planning data as an example, we obtained several feasible solutions for planning staff to select via the proposed method. The optimization result achieves less construction cost and power loss than manual planned scheme, and ensures security at the same time. Results show that UHV AC substation and DC access point locating in east Hunan province is economic and safe, so as to prove that the proposed method is reliable and effective.
