摘 要:为得到月尘环境下太阳电池阵表面充电特性,根据等效电路原理,结合月尘特殊环境以及太阳电池阵结构特点,建立了月尘环境下太阳电池阵表面充电模型,并分别在阴暗区和光照区两种不同环境下进行了表面充电数值模拟分析。研究结果表明,由于月球表面复杂的空间环境,不同区域、不同时间具有不同的空间环境,在等效电路数值模拟过程中,电路中各个等效元件的参数值会随着环境的改变而改变。月球日照区域,太阳电池阵表明电势最高可达到100 V。在阴暗区,由于电子的热运动速度远大于离子的热运动速度,太阳电池阵表面电势为-100^-2 000 V,极端条件下能够达到-5 000 V。该计算结果对月尘环境下太阳电池阵静电防护具有一定指导价值。In order to obtain spectra of the surface charge of solar cell array in a lunar dust environment, according to the principle of equivalent circuit, combining with dust on special environments and the sun battery array structure characteristics, we established a model of sun battery array surface charge in the lunar dust environment, and simulated and studied the surface charge in dark and light environments, respectively. The results show that, the surface of the moon with complex space environment, different regions, different time, have different space environments, so in the process of numerical simulation of equivalent circuit, all the parameter values of equivalent element in the circuit will change with the change of the environment. Through the model at any time, any place can be charged by the sun battery array in different time, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed model and operability. In the sunshine area, the highest can reach about 100 V in some special cases, the potential maximum of-100 V. In the dark area, the electronic thermal motion speed is greater than the thermal velocity of ions, therefore, after reaching steady state, the potential is commonly-100--2 000 V, can even reach high-5 000 V. The calculation result has a certain instruction value for the solar cell array electrostatic dust environment protection.
