血液灌流治疗银屑病的进展

摘　　要：血液灌流是血液净化技术的一种，多年来用于治疗多种疾病，尤其是危重急救医学方面。血液灌流可以通过吸附外周血中的致病因子，主要是某些大分子类物质，从而达到阻断疾病的炎症反应，控制病情进一步发展。通过血液灌流技术在临床上的使用，重症银屑病患者的皮损以及生活质量可在短期内得到明显改善。此外，血液灌流还具有起效快，不良反应小，相容性好等优点。Hemoperfusion, one kind of blood purifying technology, has been applied in the treatment of multiple human diseases for many years, especially in critical care medicine. It can block inflammatory responses and control disease progression by absorbing pathogenic factors （mainly including some macromolecular substances） in peripheral blood. The application of hemoperfusion may lead to an obvious improvement in skin lesions and quality of life in patients with severe psoriasis in short time. Moreover, hemoperfusion has advantages of rapid onset of actions, less adverse effects and good compatibility.
