摘  要:目的调查宫颈部人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)高危型感染情况及其基因亚型分析,为HPV感染分子流行病学研究及宫颈癌防治提供依据。方法采用凯普导流杂交HPV DNA检测法,对疑似HPV感染的1 585例宫颈脱落细胞进行21种HPV亚型检测;并对高危型HPV阳性患者进行薄层液基细胞学检查(TCT)和病理活检。结果 1 585例标本中有414例HPV检测阳性,感染率为26.12%,其中高危型占82.61%,单一高危亚型感染占83.33%,其主要基因亚型是52,16和38,检出频率分别26.57%,25.60%和13.29%;HPV高危型感染率随着年龄的增长而升高,<21岁除外;342例高危型HPV阳性患者中有38例液基薄层细胞学检查阳性,33例病理活检阳性。结论 1 585例中宫颈部人乳头瘤病毒高危型感染较严重,以单一高危亚型感染为主,HPV52,16和38是其中的主要高危亚型。Objective To investigate the infection situation and high-risk subtypes distribution of human papilloma virus (HPV) in the cervices. Methods Twenty-one Human Papilloma virus ( HPV ) subtypes were ana- lyzed by flow-through hybridization and gene chip ( HybriMax ) for 1 585 cases. The thin-cytologic test (TCT) and pathological biopsy were carried out for high-risk HPV positive patients. Results Among the 1 585 cases , 414 cases were positive. The infection rate was 26. 12%. The high risk type composition rate was 82. 61%. The single high risk subtype composition rate was 83.33%. As for the HPV subtype, 52, 16 and 38 were the main subtypes. The detected frequency of the main subtype was 26. 57% , 25.60% , and 13.29% , respectively. The infection rate of high risk subtype HPV was more and more higher with the age increasing. There were 38 cases of TCT positive and 33 cases of pathological biopsy positive among 342 cases of high-risk HPV positive patients. Conclusion The results showed that the cervices had a higher infection rate of high risk subtype HPV. HPV 52, 16 and 38 were the main subtypes in cervices.
