口服青蒿琥酯治疗酒渣鼻31例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服青蒿琥酯治疗轻、中度酒渣鼻的临床疗效和安全性。方法将65例酒渣鼻患者随机分两组,治疗组(n=33)口服青蒿琥酯片100mg,对照组(n=32)口服盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊200mg,均2次/d,连用4周。分别在治疗前及治疗后进行临床评估,并记录药物不良反应。结果治疗4周后,共有60例坚持完成治疗,其中治疗组31例,有效率58.06%。对照组29例,有效率65.52%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的红斑、丘疹和脓疱评分较治疗前均明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01),而治疗前、后毛细血管扩张积分无明显变化(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青蒿琥酯片与盐酸多西环素肠溶胶囊治疗酒渣鼻效果相当。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of oral artesunate in the treatment of minor or medium degree of rosacea. Methods Sixty-five patients were randomly subdivided into two groups. The treatment group（ n = 33 ） was treated with 100 mg of artesunate tablets and the control group （ n = 32） was treated with 200 mg of doxycycline hydrochloride enteric capsules all for 4 weeks twice daily. Clinical assessment was made before and after treatment. Side effects were recorded. Results Four weeks after treatment, 60 pa- tients completed the trial. The effective rate of 31 patients in treatment group was 58.06%, the effective rate of 29 patients in control group was 65.52%. There was no statistic difference（P 〉0. 05）. Scores of erythe- ma, papules and pustules were reduced significantly in two groups（ P 〈 0. O1 ） , and no significant changes in scores of telangiectasia （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were no significant difference on side effects between two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Artesunate is at least as effective as doxycycline in the treatment of rosacea.
