摘 要:通过对尾叶桉苗木采用Pt菌剂和水分胁迫处理,研究不同处理对该苗木生长及营养物质积累的影响,并对其抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:不同Pt菌剂处理对尾叶桉苗木生长及营养物质积累的影响显著,尾叶桉苗木在接种菌剂后,生长受到促进,其中在常规浇水条件下营养物质的积累以接种菌剂10g最好,而干旱胁迫条件下营养物质积累以接种菌剂15g最好;抗旱性综合评价结果表明,在干旱胁迫条件下尾叶桉苗木接种菌剂15g为最佳造林措施。Eucalyptus urophylla as the Myrtaceae Eucalyptus species,is one of the main forestation tree species in thedry hot valley of Yunnan.Pisolithus tinctorius(Pers.) Coker Edcouch referred to as Pt,is a kind of common pine ectomycorrhizal fungi,and belongs to Basidiomycotin.In this study,taking E.urophylla seedlings as experimental materials,under the condition of Pt bacteria inoculated withdifferent concentrations in normal irrigation anddrought stress respectively,the effects ofdifferent treatments on growth and nutrient accumulation of the seedlings were analyzed,and thedrought resistance of E.urophylla seedling was comprehensively evaluated.The results showed thatdifferent Pt treatments significantly promoted the seedling growth and nutrient accumulation of E.urophylla.Under normal irrigation condition,the nutrient accumulation of E.urophylla was the best when Pt was 10 g; underdrought stress condition,the nutrient accumulation of E.urophylla was the best when Pt was 15 g.Comprehensive evaluation ofdrought resistance showed that,underdrought stress condition,inoculation with Pt 15 g for E.urophylla was the best planting measures.
