摘　　要：武陵山地区位于湘鄂渝黔交界处。区内地理成分复杂,气候温暖湿润,生态环境复杂多样,孕育着丰富的生物资源,但是也有许多濒危物种亟需人们的研究与保护。查阅相关文献及综述,对武陵山地区的濒危植物资源调查、遗传多样性研究和保护利用进行概括、分析和总结,为武陵山地区的资源保护和可持续发展提供参考依据,对地区生物多样性起积极作用。Wulingshan region is located on the border between Hunan,Hubei,Chongqing,Guizhou. In the area,the geographical composition is complicated,the climate is warm and humid,ecological environment is complicated,gestates rich biological resources,but there are also many endangered plants in urgent need of research and conservation. This paper reviewed researches on the survey of the endangered plants resource,the genetic diversity research,conservation and use of it in Wulingshan region. It can provide scientific reference for the protection and sustainable development of these endangered plants,and play an active role in protection of biological diversity in Wulingshan region.
