生长素处理对玫瑰扦插成活率的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探究适宜玫瑰扦插的生长素种类、浓度和处理时间。[方法]从不同种类、不同浓度、不同处理时间3个方面研究了生长素对3个品种玫瑰扦插成活率的影响。[结果]从生长素种类来看,ABT生根粉对3个品种玫瑰扦插成活率的影响最明显,吲哚乙酸(IAA)和α-萘乙酸(α-NAA)的作用较明显;从使用生长素浓度来看,500 mg/L浓度处理后3个品种玫瑰扦插成活率提高最多,用200mg/L浓度生长素处理的玫瑰扦插成活率有所提高;从生长素处理时间来看,浸泡20 min的3个品种玫瑰扦插成活率提高较快,浸泡10min扦插成活率提高较明显。[结论]紫枝玫瑰最适合采用的生长素处理方法为500 mg/L ABT生根粉浸泡10 min;丰花玫瑰最适合采用的生长素处理方法为500 mg/L IAA浸泡20 min;苦水玫瑰最适合采用的生长素处理方法为500 mg/L ABT生根粉浸泡20 min。[Objective] The aim was to explore the suitable kind,concentration and treatment time of auxin for rose cutting. [Method]Effects of auxin on cutting survival rate of three kinds of rose were studied from different kinds,different concentrations and different treatment time. [Result] As for auxin kind,ABT rooting powder had the best obvious effect on cutting survival rate of three kinds of rose,and IAA andα-NAA had relatively obvious effect on them. As for auxin concentration,the concentration of 500 mg /L had the most improvement effect on cutting survival rate of three kinds of rose,while the concentration of 200 mg / L had certain improvement effect. As for treatment time,the soaking of 20 min could improve cutting survival rate of three kinds of rose fast,while the soaking of 10 min just had obvious improvement effect. [Conclusion] The most suitable method for R. rugosa ‘Purple Branch＇was 500 mg / L ABT rooting powder soaking for 10 min; the most suitable method for R. rugosa × R. rugosa cv plena was 500 mg / L IAA soaking for 20 min; the most suitable method for R. sertata × R.rugosa from Kushui,Gansu Province was 500 mg / L ABT rooting powder soaking for 20 min.
