摘 要:[目的]为了认识干湿交替对土壤微生物活性的影响。[方法]采用室内培养法,研究氮肥添加下栗钙土中土壤微生物呼吸及微生物量碳对恒湿处理和干湿交替的响应。[结果]干旱土壤再湿润后激发了土壤微生物的生长,提高了土壤微生物活性。与恒湿处理相比,多次干湿交替后,土壤呼吸释放CO2累积量增加了28.40%。干湿交替处理培养过程中,干湿交替处理下土壤微生物量最大值为467.2 mg/kg,比恒湿处理高20.60%。[结论]干湿交替对土壤微生物生长代谢有重要影响。[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of drying-wetting cycles on microbial actitity. [Method]The influence of dryingwetting cycles on the respiration of the soil and the dynamics of microbial biomass C in soil with the addition of nitrogen fertilizer was investigated,through a laboratory incubation test.[Result]Compared with the continuous wetting treatment,drying-wetting cycles stimulated the microbial growth,and CO2 respiration cumnlant decreased 28. 40%. Druing the incubation,drying-wetting cycles resulted in the increase of microbial biomass carbon by about 20. 60%,and the amount was 467. 2 mg / kg.[Conclusion] Drying and rewetting cycles had direct and indirect effects on soil microbes.
