摘 要:【目的】掌握新疆畜间布鲁氏菌病流行株的流行病学特征,为新疆制定切实可行的布鲁氏菌病综合性防控措施提供科学依据和技术支撑。【方法】应用传统分离病原方法从牛羊病料中获得疑似布鲁氏菌11株,应用分子生物学方法对分离菌株进行布鲁氏菌属与种型鉴定,应用常规生化试验对AMOS-PCR鉴定的羊种Brucella进行生物亚型鉴定。【结果】9株分离株均为布鲁氏菌,而且经AMOS-PCR分型方法鉴定均为羊种菌。进一步采用传统细菌分类鉴定,9株布鲁氏菌均为羊种生物3型。【结论】新疆近两年人感染布鲁氏菌的流行菌株为羊种生物3型,应用AMOS-PCR方法可以安全、快速对布鲁氏菌流行株进行种型鉴定而确定传染源,为新疆制定布鲁氏菌病的综合防制策略莫定基础。【Objective】The project aimed to understand the characteristics of epidemiological strains of Brucella in Xinjiang and then provide a available measures to prevent and control brucellosis. 【Method】11strains of suspected Brucella were isolated by traditional methods. The suspected strains were identified by AMOS- PCR. Conventional biochemical tests were carried out to identify biological subtype of sheep Brucella.【Result】It showed that nine strains were B. melitensis species. The 9 isolated strains were further identified by biological test and indicated that all of them were B. melitensis biotype 3.【Conclusion】B. melitensis biotype 3 is the predominant strain of Brucella in Xinjiang,and AMOS- PCR assays could be applied safely and quickly as an assistant tool to detect Brucella. The results of molecular epidemiology had laid the foundation for updating the strategy to prevent and control brucellosis in Xinjiang.
