摘 要:采用温差发电片作为电源,混凝土模拟孔隙液作为介质,研究温差发电应用于钢筋阴极保护的可行性.结合半电池电位、线性极化、Tafel曲线和电化学噪声,分析了温差发电单元对钢筋进行阴极保护的效果.结果表明:温差发电单元具有与直流电源相同的电学性能,内阻不会随着两端温差变化而明显变化;在阴极保护系统中温差发电单元具有很好的稳定性,实施阴极保护可以使钢筋电位负移至保护电位;阴极保护后钢筋的腐蚀速率大大减小,从腐蚀状态进入热力学稳定状态而得到有效保护.The half-cell potential,linear polarization,Tafel curves and electrochemical noise measurement were used to study the effects of cathodic protection of reinforcing steel in simulated concrete pore solutions with thermoelectric generator as power.The results indicate that thermoelectric generation unit has the same properties with DC power and internal resistance would not greatly vary with temperature differences.In addition,thermoelectric generation unit exhibits good stability in cathodic protection system and potential of rebars has a negative shift to protective potential with cathodic protection current.Corrosion current and electrochemical noise tests show that corrosion rate decreases greatly and rebars turn to thermodynamic stability from corrosion state.With the same protection current,rebars show better corrosion resistance performance in medium with lower concentration of chloride ion.
