“益智-乌药”药对抗糖尿病肾病有效部位的筛选

摘　　要：目的比较益智-乌药药对3个不同极性提取部位对糖尿病肾病的保护作用,进行抗糖尿病肾病的有效部位的筛选。方法建立糖尿病肾病小鼠模型,采用各提取部位干预后,分别定期观察各小鼠血糖及血生化,定时测定尿量及尿蛋白排泄量,确定其抗糖尿病肾病的有效部位。结果益智-乌药药对的石油醚部位在实验中显示出较好的效果,优于其它部位。结论石油醚部位为益智-乌药药对的抗糖尿病肾病的有效部位。Objective To evaluate compatibility Yizhiren with Obtusiloba on three different polar extract parts of a protective effect on diabetic nephropathy,screening effective part of anti- diabetic nephropathy. Methods After establishing a mice model of diabetic nephropathy,using various extraction sites interventions were regularly observed each mice blood sugar and blood biochemistry,timed and measured urinary protein excretion in urine,to determine the effective part of its anti- diabetic nephropathy. Results Petroleum ether of compatibility Yizhiren with Obtusiloba in this experiment showed better results than other parts.Conclusion It is suggested that Petroleum ether fraction be the effective fractions of compatibility Yizhiren with Obtusiloba for anti- diabetic nephropathy.
