摘  要:目的通过对藏药"君西"传统与现代炮制中微量元素之间的含量变化分析比较,初步探讨其不同炮制方法与藏医理论之间关系。方法采用原子吸收光谱仪(火焰法、石墨炉法)对藏药"君西"中6种传统炮制及3种现代炮制方法测定Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu样品含量。结果传统炮制中以传统"灰"制法为最好,其所含微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu均高于其它组。现代炮制中以现代酒制为最好,其微量元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn含量高于现代奶淬品及水淬品。结论藏药"君西"传统炮制法相比较优于现代炮制,尤其是传统"灰"制法最优,其含Zn量最高,提示其治疗胃病机理可能与藏医理论相一致。Objective To approach the relationship between different processing methods about Tibetan Medicine "Jun Xi"and Tibetan medicine theory by contrast in its changes in microelement's content by traditional and modern processing method. Methods Using atomic absorption spectrometer( Flame method and Graphite furnace method) to assay the content about Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu in "Jun Xi"by 6 kinds of traditional processing methods and 3 kinds of modern processing methods. Results Traditional"Hui"processing method is best in traditional processing methods,its microelement( Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu) content is higher than others'. Modern Wine processing method is best in modern processing methods,its microelement( Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn) content is higher than Milk quenched products and Water quenched products. Conclusion The traditional processing method is better than modern processing method in Tibetan Medicine"Jun Xi",above all,traditional"Hui"processing method is best,its content about Zn is highest. All these prompt that its treat stomach disease mechanism may agree with Tibetan medicine theory.
