“益气调血、扶本培源”药线灸治疗轻中度血管性痴呆临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察"益气调血、扶本培源"药线灸疗法治疗轻中度血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法 108例轻、中度VD经临床随机分组并经治疗筛选后,得到针刺组30例,接受"益气调血、扶本培源"针法治疗;药物对照组30例,接受多奈哌齐口服治疗;药线灸组30例,接受"益气调血、扶本培源"药线灸法治疗;分别于治疗前和治疗8周后,给予MMSE、BBS、SDSVD量表评分,进行疗效评价。结果在认知能力、行为能力、中医证候评分上,三组无论在治疗后评分、还是在治疗前后评分差值上,"益气调血、扶本培源"药线灸法组和针刺组,均较药物对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01);疗效明显优于药物对照治疗。而在MMSE评分前后差值上,"益气调血、扶本培源"药线灸法组又优于针刺干预组(P<0.05)。结论 "益气调血、扶本培源"药线灸可显著改善轻中度血管性痴呆患者认知、行为能力和中医证候,疗效不差于或优于针刺方法,且疗效明显优于多奈哌齐治疗。Objective To observe the clinical curative effects on the ＂ Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ moxibustion of zhuang medicated thread treating mild and moderate vascular dementia. Methods After 108 cases of mild to moderate VD through randomized clinical and treatment screening,three groups were gotten,and each of which was 30 cases. The acupuncture group was accepted ＂ Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ acup treatment. The moxibustion group was accepted the ＂ Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ moxibustion of Zhuang medicated thread treatment. The drug control group was received oral Aricept treatment. The scores of MMSE,BBS,SDSVD were carried out before and after 8 weeks treatment to evaluate curative effects. Results Compared with drug control group,both the ＂ Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ moxibustion of Zhuang medicated thread and the acupuncture group had a better efficacy in cognitive ability,behavior and syndromes score,either the scores after treatment or the score difference before and after the treatment. In the score difference before and after treatment, ＂ Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ moxibustion group was superior to that of acupuncture group. Conclusion ＂Yi Qi Tiao Xue,Fu Ben Pei Yuan＂ moxibustion of Zhuang medicated thread present excellent treatment effects on improving the cognitive ability,behavior capability and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the patients with mild and moderate VD. The effect of the moxibustion of Zhuang medicated thread group was not worse or better than the acupuncture method,and significantly better than the aricept treatment group.
