摘 要:目的探讨运动结合中药复方方法对去势大鼠骨质疏松改善机制的作用。方法 3月龄SPF级SD雌性大鼠80只,随机分为去势模型组、运动组、中药复方组、运动结合中药复方组,治疗12周后,收集右侧股骨分别进行骨密度、超微结构检测。结果与模型组比较,其它各组在骨密度、超微结构检测结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动结合中药复方方法具有改善去势大鼠骨质疏松的作用。Objective To study the movement combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound method of castrated rats osteoporosis improvement mechanism. Methods 3 months 80 only,SPF SD female rats were randomly divided into castrated model group,sport,Chinese medicine compound group,exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound group,12 weeks after treatment,collection of right femur bone density,ultrastructural detection respectively. Results Compared with model group,other groups in bone mineral density and ultrastructural detection results were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Chinese medicine compound method is improved in combination with sport castration rats with osteoporosis.
