摘 要:本文报告一种能维持较稳定培养条件的用培养瓶培养恶性疟原虫配子体的方法,实验结果表明培养瓶法比常用的蜡烛缸培养皿法能较稳定地产生形态上成熟的恶性疟原虫配子体;所试的4个分离株中Fcc—1/AH,Fcc—7827/HN及Fcc/AH3均能产生大量配子体,且有90%以上发育到Ⅴ期,可用于配子体培养实验,Fcc—1/HN产生配子体极少,仅有个别能发育到Ⅴ期。A flask culture apparatus that can provide a constant and suitable condition for development of gametocyte was designed to produce mature gametocytes of P. falciparum in continuous culture. A comparison of gametocyte production between the flask method and Petri dish culture was made. It is clearly that, the yield rate of stage V gametocytes in the flask method was higher than that in the Petri dish culture. Four isolates of P. Falciparum were cultured simultaneously. Fcc—1/AH,Fcc — 7827/HN and Fcc/AH3 isolates produced gametocytes in large amount. Fcc—1/HN produced a few gametocytes and stage V gametocytes were difficult to find.
