摘  要:目的比较无创性中心动脉压测量仪(型号:A-PULSE CASPro?)与A-PULSE CASP?分析系统测量中心动脉压的相关性和一致性。方法从北京阜外心血管病医院门诊和顺义社区选取>18岁可触摸桡动脉脉搏波者作为研究对象,分别使用A-PULSE CASPro?和A-PULSE CASP?分析系统测量中心动脉压;采用配对t检验、Pearson相关分析、组内相关系数和Bland-Altman图来评价两种设备测量结果的相关性与一致性。结果本研究合格受试者共85名,年龄(54.3±13.4)岁,其中男性42名(49.4%);配对t检验结果显示,A-PULSE CASPro?和A-PULSE CASP?分析系统所测中心动脉收缩压结果的差异有统计学意义[(133.8±26.7)比(133.3±26.6)mm Hg,P<0.01];Pearson相关分析表明两种设备的中心动脉收缩压具有很强的相关性(r2=0.9987,P<0.01);两种设备测量结果的组内相关系数为0.9994;Bland-Altman图显示两种设备所测中心动脉收缩压差值的均值±标准差(珚x±s)为(0.4±1.4)mm Hg,而且98.8%的点落在95%一致性区间以内。结论A-PULSE CASPro?与A-PULSE CASP?分析系统所测量的中心动脉压具有很好的相关性和一致性,在中心动脉压的临床检测上可以相互替代使用。Objective To examine the correlation and consistency between non-invasive central aortic pressure (CAP) measuring device (A-PULSE CASPro) and A-PULSE CASP system in the measurement of CAP. Methods From the Outpatient Department of Fuwai Hospital and Shunyi District, Beijing, we invited healthy and hypertensive adults (aged 18 years and older), whose radial arterial pulse wave could be measured, to participate in the study. For each subject, CAP was measured by A-PULSE CASPro and A-PULSE CASP system separately. Paired t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and Bland-Airman plots were em- ployed to evaluate the correlation and consistency between the recordings of the two devices. Results A total of 85 eligible participants (42 males, 49.4~ ) were enrolled in this study, with an average age of (54.3±13.4) years. Paired t-test indicated that the difference between central aortic systolic pressures (CASP) measured by A-PULSE CASPro and A-PULSE CASP system was statistically significant [ ( 133. 8± 26.7 ) vs ( 133.3±26.6 )mm Hg, P〈0.01]; Pearson correlation analysis demonstrated a strong correlation between CASP measured by the two de- vices (r2 =0. 9987, P〈0.01); ICC between CASP estimated from the two devices was 0. 9994; the mean± SD difference of CASP between the two devices was (0.4±1.4) mm H g according to Bland-Airman plots, and 98.8 of the points were located in the 95% consistent interval. Conclusion A-PULSE CASPro and A-PULSE CASP system were fairly consistent and correlated in the measurement of CAP and could be applied interchangeably in clini- cal practice.
