摘 要:维管形成层是植物的次生分生组织,其通过细胞分裂、分化产生次生木质部和次生韧皮部,形成次生维管组织系统.温带树木维管形成层的分裂活动随季节变化而表现出明显的周期性.本文综合国内外有关维管形成层领域取得的研究成果,从维管形成层活动的基本规律及环境因素对其的影响、维管形成层活动周期的激素调控和转录调控等方面,对维管形成层活动周期调控的研究进行综述,并对目前研究的现状、存在的问题及未来研究的重点方向进行了讨论和展望.The vascular cambium is a lateral meristem in the vascular tissue of plants, and is also the original center of plant secondary growth. The vascular cambium, composed of fusiform initials and ray initials, divides to produce secondary phloem to the outside and secondary xylem to the inside. In temperate zones, the cambium of trees exhibits a seasonally cyclical pattern of activity and dormancy In this review, we summarize recent advances concerning the influence of environmental conditions, plant hormonal regulation and various transcriptional regulators on cambium activity. We also discuss existing problems and future research directions in this field based on recent advances in our understanding of cambium activity. To further elucidate the regulation of cambium activity periodicity future efforts should be focused on the use of epigenetic systems and candidate gene approaches.
