摘　　要：总结了转基因抗除草剂两系杂交早稻香125S/Bar68-1在湖南省永州市零陵区的春播制种技术,包括适宜制种基地的选择、制种季节安排、母本不育性安全性分析、亲本特性、父母本播差期安排、理想花期相遇及预测标准、父母本群体培育技术、赤霉素喷施等措施。This paper summarizes the spring-sowing seed production technique of transgenic herbicide -resistant early season two-line hybrid rice Xiang 125S/Bar68-1 in Lingling District,Yongzhou City,Hunan Province.The technique ap-proaches and parameters include selection of suitable place for seed production,choice of seed production season,risk eval-uation of male sterility fluctuation of male sterile line on heading stage,characters of parental lines,arrangement of seeding interval between parental lines,ideal heading date synchronization and forecasting standard,making up suitable populations of parental lines,and gibberellin application,etc.
