摘  要:为研究高承载、高刚性锥腔气体轴承流场特性,建立供气孔和轴承间隙组成的完整气体轴承流场,采用层流和分段湍流模式计算不同间隙下中心进气锥腔气体轴承的压力分布曲线,计算与试验测试结果基本吻合。承载力测试的结果表明这种锥腔轴承具有较高承载力,但气腔容积较大。在此基础上提出了环形进气锥腔气体轴承,计算结果表明:改进后的气体轴承承载力较高,气腔容积大大减小,稳定性提高。In order to study the features of high load and high stiffness gas bearing with tapered chamber,the complete gas field consisting of supply hole and clearance of bearing is built up. A laminar flow model and a sectional turbulent-laminar flow model were applied to calculate the pressure distribution curves of centrally-fed gas bearing with tapered chamber in different clearances. The theoretical results agreed in general with the experimental ones. The experimental result of load demonstrates its high load capacity,however it has big gas cavity. On the above basis a circular ring gas supply bearing with tapered chamber is presented. The calculation result shows that the improved gas bearing has a high load capacity and greatly decreased gas cavity,with its stability increasing.
