摘  要:蓄能器在兆瓦级风机偏航液压系统中的主要作用是充当应急动力源,仿真研究蓄能器对系统偏航和制动性能的影响并计算其预充气压力和预充气容积的合理取值范围具有重要意义。在AMESim中建立了蓄能器充当紧急动力源的仿真模型,研究了预充气容积和预充气压力对系统偏航性能和制动性能的影响规律。结果表明:蓄能器在偏航和制动过程中充当应急动力源可满足系统压力的需求,且蓄能器预充气压力及预充气容积在设定范围内取值越大,偏航液压系统的工作性能越可靠。The main function of accumulator acts as an emergency power supply in megawatt fan drift hydraulic system. Research the influence of accumulator on the yaw and braking performance of hydraulic system through simulation,and calculating the reasonable value range of its precharge pressure and prefilled volume have great significance. The simulation model of accumulator served as an emergency power supply in AMESim was build up. The influence law of prefilled volume and precharge pressure on yaw performance and braking performance of system were researched. Results show that accumulator acting as an emergency power supply can meet the pressure demands of the system during the working process of yaw and brake,and within the set range the greater the precharge pressure and prefilled volume is taken,the more reliable the working performance of the system is.
