摘 要:以陕西省水库为例,阐述了解决水库泥沙淤积问题的迫切性和必要性,分析了排沙底洞等排沙技术措施的局限性。通过分析"自排沙廊道"专利技术的优点以及目前国内自动控制、机械制造技术水平,提出了将自动控制技术融入"自排沙廊道"专利技术的自动化自吸式排沙管道(廊道)技术构想:1对于已淤积水库,研发可在原有排沙洞进口延伸的管道,扩大排沙洞影响范围;2对于新建水库,在库区内增建自吸式管道(廊道)排沙系统,将网络状管道铺设于库底,在管道不同位置上设置排沙孔,通过电动控制这些排沙孔的有序启闭来实现高效排沙。最后,对这项技术的研发工作提出了相关建议。To solve scientifically and usefully the reservoir sedimentation problem,taking the reservoir in Shaanxi Province as an example, the necessity and the urgency of solving the problem of reservoir sedimentation was expounded and the limitation of desilting bottom hole was analyzed. A conception of desilting technology by automatic hydraulic pipe/corridor for reservoir was proposed,through the analysis of the advantages of“self sand relieving corridor”patent technology and the domestic present technology level of machinery manufacturing and auto-mation control. The conception means that automation control technology is integrated as much as possible into“self sand relieving corridor”technology,a self suction sediment transport pipe/corridor system is subjoined on the bottom of a reservoir,set a lot of holes in the pipe/ cor-ridor system,these hole entrance sluices are controlled automatically in order to achieve efficient desilting. Finally,some suggestions are giv-en for further research work.
