家庭早期综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究家庭早期综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿的治疗影响;方法:选取我国在2013年1月到12月所接收的240例脑瘫患儿,将他们作为研究对象,并对患儿的家属进行康复护理的相关指导,内容主要包含对头部的自主控制训练,日常行动的相关训练,营养饮食的训练,并通过对比接受家庭早期综合康复护理对脑瘫患儿的影响情况;结果:患者在接受家庭早期综合康复护理的效果都比护理之前好,而且效率高达85%以上;结论:家庭早期综合康复护理能够在脑瘫患儿的治疗过程中扮演十分重要的角色,并且取得较高的效果,可以在临床医学之中进行广泛推广。Objective：Study of family early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of childrenwith cerebral palsy; Methods： 240 cases children with cerebral palsy are selected as the research objectsreceived in January to December 2013, and give advice of related guidance to the families of the childrenof rehabilitation nursing, and the contents mainly includes the independent control training of the head,related training of daily operation, training of nutrition diet, and comparing to children with cerebralpalsy who had no family early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing; Result： Patients who had took familyearly comprehensive rehabilitation nursing have better effect of care than before, and the efficiency is ashigh as 85% above; Conclusion： Family early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing plays a very importantrole in the process of the treatment of children with cerebral palsy, and obtain a better effect, and can bewidely used in clinical medicine.
