摘 要:农村剩余劳动力向城镇非农产业转移是工业化和现代化的必然趋势,进城务工前在迁出地的岗前培训是促进农民工增收和城市化进程的有效途径。如何合理配置培训资源、探寻符合中国国情的农村劳动力培训模式已成为需要探究的重要问题。本文运用扩展的Mincer方程,采用流动人口大样本调查数据,对农民工转移前培训对其首份非农工作收入的影响进行了实证分析,表明参加迁出地的转移前培训、适当增加培训时长、培训主体的合理选择、培训资格证书制度的建立与完善对农民工进城务工后首份非农工作的增收有显著影响。The rural surplus labor force transfer to urban non- agricultural industries is the inevitabletendency of industrialization and modernization. The rural labor force transfer training is an effective wayto promote the wage increasing of the rural migrant workers. Therefore, it might be an important thing toallocate training resources and explore training modes. We use a national wide field survey conducted in12cities in five provinces of China for the period between 1996 and 2008, then build an extended Mincerequation to analysis the wage effect of different relevant factors of transfer training. Results of this studyprovide key factors that increase the first non-agricultural income include training experience, traininglength, training subject selection and training qualification requirement.
