摘 要:针对某矿7121大倾角综采工作面进风巷埋深大、支护困难等问题,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了掘巷后围岩的应力分布规律和变形特征,基于沿空掘巷大、小结构的稳定性原理,提出巷道围岩整体性控制措施及高强耦合体系的联合支护方式,并在7121工作面进风巷现场应用。结果表明:巷道掘进和回采阶段围岩变形量在可控范围,达到了围岩控制目的,保证了矿井安全高效生产。Aiming at the problems of deep location and difficult support of the air intake roadway in 7121 deep-inclined fully-mechanized working face, analysis was made on the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock after the roadway driving along the gob by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, and based on the principle of the large and small structural stability of the roadway driving along the gob, the integrate control measures for the surrounding rock and the combined support mode of high-strength cable and mesh coupled system were proposed, which was applied in the air intake roadway in 7121 fully-mechanized working face. The results showed that the deformation of the surrounding rock can be effectively controlled during the roadway driving and coal winning, this thus ensured the safe and high-efficient production of the mine.
